My fabulous "live-in" art studio is centrally located, close to all that San Francisco offers: museums, sight seeing, Napa Valley, shopping, Chinatown and much more. There are 4 buses within a two block walk.

Up the spiral staircase in the loft is the bedroom with a double bed and a small bathroom there is a large glass block bathroom downstairs. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. The architecture of the studio is modern and comfortable, the fully equipped kitchen is small and nice. I mostly use the studio for painting watercolors so it is very clean. If an artist is interested in an exchange it would only work if your working habits can be neat. DSL Internet connection: Apple Computer provided.
