This is our new home in a special corner of the world. The house has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and is about 340 square meters. Ashland has marvelous theater possibilities, university, fantastic child-friendly parks, book stores, and a very friendly and involved community. The house is walking distance to grocery stores, a city park, and multiple school playgrounds. Note: Landscaping should be complete by spring, 2013.

Along with the Oregon Shakespeare Festival comes a
great selection of restaurants that puts many large
cities to shame.

Located just north of California border, 25 min from
Medford (MFR) airport, 4-6 hrs drive from SF Bay Area
and Portland. 3 miles from the Ashland plaza on a quiet street on the edge of town.
