Secure Messages
HomeLink members communicate via our secure, internal messaging system. Messages remain separate and when an exchange is agreed, members can access a formal exchange agreement populated with both parties’ contact information and details about the home.
Over 70 years' experience
Home exchange has evolved with HomeLink over more than 70 years. Word of mouth among friends and family has been our primary source of growth. HomeLink is a mindset and a set of values that have been cultivated and passed on over many decades.
Formal Exchange Agreements
Welcoming members from all over the world, HomeLink provides an online agreement form in 11 languages for convenience and clarity. The bilateral agreement formalises the terms of the exchange and avoids potential misunderstandings regarding dates, number of guests and exchange logistics. The exchange agreement form is an essential part of the successful management of all HomeLink exchanges.

70 Years of True HomeLink Spirit
Our HomeLink community enjoys the same traditional, reciprocal, non-commercial home exchange opportunities that we have been offering for the past seven decades! This traditional type of home exchange is what our members prefer for several reasons. First, it ensures a greater sense of mutual obligation to care for each other’s homes, since both exchange partners will ultimately stay in each other’s homes. This reciprocal arrangement is essential to maintaining a mutually honest and respectful environment throughout our HomeLink Community. We are proud to call this the HomeLink Spirit.
Help with Cancellations
You can rest assured knowing that your home is in the safe hands of another HomeLink member. In the event of a cancellation after the Home Exchange Agreement has been completed, HomeLink will use its network of local representatives to try to find a suitable replacement exchange.
